2. Purpose and terms of use

This legal notice governs access to and use of benature.app. Accessing the site means accepting these terms. Users undertake to make appropriate use of the content and not to use it for unlawful purposes or purposes contrary to good faith and public order.

3. BeNature’s role

BeNature is an intermediary: it provides the space for each farm to publish its information, accommodation and products, and for users to contact it. Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific transaction, BeNature is not a party to the purchases, orders or stays agreed between users and farms: the contract is concluded directly with the farm.

Each farm is responsible for the accuracy of what it publishes; for the quality, safety and labelling of its products; for holding the licences and registrations its activity requires (for example, the tourism registration of its accommodation or the health requirements for its food); and for complying with consumer protection law.

4. Accounts

Some features require an account created with truthful information, and the password must be kept confidential. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or the law.

5. Content published by users

Each person is responsible for what they publish (texts, photos, prices, messages) and guarantees that they have the right to do so. By publishing it, they authorise ADL-IT to display it on BeNature while it remains published. It is forbidden to publish unlawful, misleading or offensive content, or to offer products or services whose sale is not permitted.

6. How to report illegal content

If you see content on BeNature that you believe is illegal or contrary to these terms, write to info@benature.app stating where it is (the link), why you believe it is illegal and your contact details. We will review every notice diligently and inform you of our decision.

This address is also the single point of contact for authorities and users under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on Digital Services. You can write to us in any of the website’s languages.

7. Intellectual and industrial property

The design, logos, the BeNature brand and the code of this site belong to ADL-IT or are used with permission. Each farm’s texts and photos belong to their owners. Reproduction, distribution or transformation without express permission is prohibited, except for personal and private use.

8. Liability

ADL-IT endeavours to keep the site working properly but does not guarantee that it is free of errors or permanently available. It is not liable for content published by farms or other users unless it has actual knowledge that it is unlawful and fails to act diligently to remove it, in accordance with the LSSI-CE and the Digital Services Act.

9. Third-party links

The site may include links to third-party websites, such as the farms’ own sites. BeNature is not responsible for their content or privacy policies.

10. Data protection and cookies

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy policy, and the use of cookies by the Cookie policy.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts that are competent under the law; where the user is a consumer, the courts of their place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
